Refund policy

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it and receive a full refund

(subject to deductions as listed below)

Returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery.

Embroidered or personalized items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please contact us prior to shipping.

The item must be in its original (new and unused) condition with its tags on.

We will refund the money as soon as we receive the returned products, from which we will deduct accrued credit card commissions of 2.5% (if applicable) and the actual shipping costs paid by us (our participation in shipping costs varies between $10-$30).

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by SpacePanda.
